1. Return Window

We want you to love your Zar Miami pieces. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Condition of Garments

To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • The original Zar Miami tag and any labels must be attached and intact.
  • The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and unused (no stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear).
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, preferably with original packaging, dust bags, and accessories (if any)

Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage that was not reported on arrival may be refused.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival, the following are generally not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or marked-down items (if labeled as Final Sale at checkout)
  • Customized or personalized pieces
  • Gift cards

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at returns@zarmiami.com with your order number, item(s) youwish to return, and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return authorization.
  3. Pack your item securely and ship it to the address provided.

Please note: Unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.

5. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your return, our quality team will:

  • Inspect the garment to ensure it meets our return condition standards (original tag attached, unworn, unwashed, unused).
  • Approve or decline the return based on its condition.

If your return is declined, we will notify you by email and can arrange to ship the item back to you (shipping fees may apply).

6. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow up to 10 days from the date we receive the garment at our facility for the refund to appear on your account (processing times may vary by bank or payment provider).

We do not refund original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or a confirmed defect).

7. Exchanges

At this time, exchanges may be:

  • Size/Color Exchange (if available): Contact us at returns@zarmiami.com with your order number and desired size/color. If the requested item is in stock, we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
  • If the requested piece is not available, we will proceed with a refund in line with this policy, and you may place a new order.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@zarmiami.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We will prioritize your case and, once validated, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, including return shipping where applicable.
